Question

How do I cancel my pending withdrawal?

Only withdrawals that are in a 'pending' state can be cancelled.

Login to the Cashier or into My Account.
Choose Recent Transactions from the menu bar.
Click on the Cashier Account History tab.
Choose the time range and Pending Withdrawals from the Transaction Type drop-down.
Click Cancel next to the withdrawal in question. The funds will be instantly returned to your account.
