Click on the 'Forgot your username/password?' link which is located in the area where you would normally log-in, choose the 'username' radio button and fill out the fields:

• First name
• Last name
• E-mail address
• Password (optional)

If the information entered matches your account you will receive an email containing a link to a page where you can retrieve your username.  If several accounts are found for you they will be listed with the most recently accessed at the top.  Just choose the one you want to use and complete the log-in.

The link will expire three hours from the time the email was sent.
