To make a deposit by Cash Transfer contact us to request a receiver name and location.  Then go to your local agency, fill out the form for international transfers and use cash or your credit card (if option is available) to make the transaction.

You will then receive a 'control' or 'reference' number which you then need to give us over the phone or Live Chat.  Cash transfers can take 30-45 minutes to process and credit to your account; transfers done with a credit card may take 2 hours. We cover all fees on deposits to your gaming account of $200 or more. We do not cover fees if the funds are being sent to correct a balance issue on your account.

Important:

• You will need to obtain a new receiver name & location for every Cash Transfer deposit you make.  You cannot use the same details repeatedly.
• Minimum deposit amount is $100.
• Maximum deposit amount is $1,000.
• If the agency requires a second last name and the name you were given only has one last name, please contact us to request a new name that will comply with the requirements.
• Transactions can only be sent and collected from 9.00am to 9.30pm EST (8.30pm on Sundays). Please send transactions well in advance of these times if you want to guarantee the funds are in your account the same day.
